Join us at Cane Rum Society for a vibrant celebration of Caribbean flavour, culture, and craft during Caribbean Culinary Week - a special guest chef residency featuring Chef Liam.

For 1 week only, Chef Liam brings his bold, contemporary approach to Caribbean cuisine, showcasing dishes inspired by the regions rich culinary heritage and the diverse influences that shape its kitchens. Expect vibrant spices, open fire cooking, and beautifully balanced plates that honour traditional techniques while presenting them through a refined, modern lens.

Throughout this week, guests will experience Chef Liam take of his signature dishes highlighting premium produce, slow cooked meats, and house made condiments rooted in Caribbean culture. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with a selection of rum from our extensive rum collection, celebrating the deep connection between Caribbean food and the world´s most expressive spirit RUM:

The program will also feature curated rum tastings, intimate spirit led experiences which can be booked separately from your dining experience. This give you the opportunity to explore the stories behind some of the Caribbeans' most iconic rum brands.
