Front of house staff

Cane Rum Society is looking for a friendly, energetic and service-minded Front of House team member to join our Caribbean-inspired restaurant and rum bar.

This is a part-time position, working mainly Friday and Saturday evenings, with flexibility to work occasional events, tastings and special occasions.

You’ll be an important part of creating the Cane Rum Society experience — welcoming guests, providing great service and helping create a fun, relaxed and vibrant atmosphere.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and looking after guests
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service
• Helping maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant
• Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams
• Supporting special events, tastings and private functions
• Representing the Cane Rum Society brand and Caribbean hospitality

• Friendly, outgoing and passionate about hospitality
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a busy restaurant/bar environment
• Reliable, punctual and a great team player
• Flexible and available mainly Friday & Saturday evenings
• Previous restaurant, bar or hospitality experience is an advantage
• An interest in Caribbean food, rum and culture is a big plus!
