Caribbean culinary week is a 5 day gastronomic showcase dedicated to the depth, diversity, and technical excellence of Caribbean cuisine and rum culture. This immersive programme brings together rum distillers, chefs, brand ambassadors, and industry professionals to explore the Caribbean through flavour, fermentation, and fire. Rooted in Trinidadian culinary identity - and expanding across Jamaica, Barbados, Martinique, and beyond, the week highlights regional techniques such as open fire jerk cookery, slow braising, cane juice fermentation, tropical produce utilisation, and high ester rum production. Guests experience curated tasting menus, educational masterclasses, guided rum flights, and collaborative chef events all designed to bridge culture and craft.
