As part of Caribbean Culinary Week at Cane Rum Society, we invite you to step deeper into the world of rum through our Rum Immersion Series - a collection of guided tasting experiences hosted in collaboration with some of the world's leading international rum houses.
DEsigned for both the enthusiasts and seasoned collectors, each session offers an opportunity to explore the diversity, heritage, and craftmanship that define great rum-producing regions of the Caribbean.
Guest will be guided through carefully curated tastings that showcase distinct rum styles, production techniques, and ageing philosophies. From high-ester Jamaican pot still expressions to elegant column -still rums and agricole traditions, each experience reveals how terroir, fermentation. distillation, and maturation shape the character of the spirit in the glass.
Hosted by brand ambassadors, distillery representatives, and rum specialists, these immersive sessions will go beyond tasting - offering insight into the history of iconic distilleries, the science behind the rum production, and the cultural significance of cane spirits across the Caribbean.
Expect rare pours, limited releases, and exceptional expressions that are seldom available outside of specialist tastings.
