Cocktail bartender

Cane Rum Society is looking for an experienced cocktail bartender with a very strong knowledge or passion for rum to join our team. This role will suit someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys guest interaction, and has a genuine interest in premium spirits.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve both classic and modern rum based cocktails
2. Deliver high quality guest service both at the bar and on the floor
3. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar areas
4. Work efficiently during busy periods and be pro active during quiet times

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a cocktail bartender in a fast paced environment
2. Must be serious about your craft in preparing and serving quality drinks at all times
3. Strong knowledge of rum and spirits
4. Excellent communicator and team player
5. Flexible availability (Mainly Fri & Sat nights)
